Team Building Sailing Days

Corporate Sailing Days include an experienced RYA qualified instructors to take you out on one of our yachts. Participants are encouraged to take the helm to steer the yacht, handle the sails and grind the winches. Suitable for both those with no experience or the old salty sea dog we will work with you to create an intinerary that best suits your group. These exhilarating sailing days can be planned to incorporate team building structures, management training or employee incentives with all the fun and enjoyment of being on the water.

The day aims to have you working with your other team members to sail the yacht safety while also experiencing the beautiful scenery of the local rivers and coast. Our yachts accommodate up to seven crew, and for larger groups using multiple boats is an option. This creates a competitive edge as it gives you the opportunity to undergo races against each other.

• Professional skipper who is also a qualified RYA instructor

Catering

On board - We can provide food & drinks on board at extra cost, if this is something you would like us to arrange for you, you can discus with us prior to booking and we can give you more details on the options available.

Ashore - we can also provide recommendations of waterside restaurants which can be sailed to on the day. If you fancy a gourmet lunch or take away fish & chips there is something suitable for your needs in our local rivers. 

If any of the crew require waterproof sailing gear for the day we can provide this for you at £10 per person.
