EAORA East Coast Race

Race to Oostende in Belguim: £375.00

Join a race crew to take part in the East Anglian Offshore Racing Association (EAORA) East Coast race from Burnham or West Mersea to Oostende, Belgium.

Crew members join the yachts at Suffolk Yacht Harbour on Wednesday evening, delivering the yachts to the start location on Thursday, in time for the race start that evening. The teams will return to Levington on Saturday afternoon having covered approximately 250 nautical miles.

How many crew? 8 + Skipper and First Mate

Experience required? None – Competent Crew preferrable

Location? Start - Burnham (meeting at Levington), Finish - Ostend, Belgium

Skippered chater, there is the option to charter the whole boat with Skipper and First Mate

Individual places, you can book as an individual crew member 

If the weather is not looking great or is forecast to be a bit chilly or windy you can hire wet weather gear from us.

Musto Waterproofs available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. £20 for the weekend

You are expected to bring the following comfort pack items with you; however if you don't want to bring your best duck down pillow or you haven't got a sleeping bag, don't worry you can hire a comfort pack from us!

A Comfort Pack comprises of a freshly laundered sleeping bag with liner, pillow, pillow case and towel - £15.00.
