Youth Taster Day

A dinghy sailing taster day is the prefect choice for those who havent gained any stages yet and want to have a go! 

You will be taken on the safety boat (RIB) out to our floating pontoon located on the river just opposite the harbour. With your instructor you will learn the ropes on board one of our training Wayfarers. The Hartley Wayfarer dinghies are perfect for teaching small groups and allows less experienced students to learn safely.

The course will start at 0930 and finish at 1630, starting with a safety brief in the classroom. There will be two practical session (morning and afternoon) and we return to the classroom at lunchtime. 

There is not syllabus for this day - its all about learning about dinghys and having lots fun!
