Time Afloat

To give those without their own boats the opportunity to just come sailing!  

With the backing of an experienced skipper you will take an active part in the sailing of one of our yachts as you explore the rivers, estuaries and coastal waters of the East Coast of England!

The skipper will be an RYA instructor and can use this to your advantage to learn, brush up or refresh your sailing skills.

The price includes three meals aboard each day, accommodation on the yacht, skipper/ RYA instructor and all fuel and mooring charges. You may just want to bring a bit of money for a drink in the yacht club after each day on the water!

Options

• 2 day weekends - Commence on Friday evenings and end Sunday afternoon. 
• 3 day weekends - Starting on Friday evenings.
• 5 day week – start Sunday evening or Tuesday evening
• Longer Recreational passages are available. For example, Holland Hop and Dutch Dash trips.

These trips are great for building up miles for personal experience or to work towards a higher RYA practical level. 

If the weather is not looking great or is forecast to be a bit chilly or windy you can hire wet weather gear from us.

Musto Waterproofs available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. £22.00 for the weekend and £32.00 for the week.

You are expected to bring the following comfort pack items with you; however if you don't want to bring your best duck down pillow or you haven't got a sleeping bag, don't worry you can hire a comfort pack from us!

A Comfort Pack comprises of a freshly laundered sleeping bag with liner, pillow, pillow case and towel - £16.00
